Choosing Your Attorney

What do you look for when you are hiring a DUI attorney? First you want someone who is local, second you want someone who belongs to national and statewide organizations that educate and assist attorneys in dealing with driving under the influence cases, third you want somebody with a proven track record of motion practices and trials that handles a DUI case on a daily basis, and fourth you want somebody who understands the science associated with driving under the influence cases. Not somebody who tangentially represents all criminals. I live and work locally. My office is on California Avenue. I tend hundreds of hours of seminars through the national college of DUI defense and as an expert member of the California DUI lawyers association both as a teacher and as a student. I understand the science behind DUI cases.
